What is Rueda?

Using the same steps and turns as salsa dancing, Rueda is danced in a circle or wheel as a group. Followers are lead around the circle as the leaders rapidly exchange partners.

Numerous simple and complicated moves are executed in synchronization to the beat of Salsa music. Moves or "calls" are done in quick succession making for a dynamic and exciting atmosphere for the whole group.

Try it! Once you begin, you'll love it!
